CIRI's Guide to Developing an Investor Relations Program, Third Edition
The first edition of this Guide was commissioned by CIRI in 2001 to assist IR professionals in setting up and maintaining an effective IR program. The second edition was issued in 2005 and reflected changes to regulatory requirements, including new continuous disclosure and corporate governance disclosure obligations. This third edition reflects changes to regulatory requirements since 2005 and the evolution of IR practices and communications channels in the current environment.
Included in this edition are:
two 'real-life case studies to help demonstrate the value of IR;
an overview of the key communications tools used in IR;
examples of potentially material information;
a summary of continuous disclosure requirements and resources;
a glossary of IR terms; and
CIRI's Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.
