CIRI responds to the CSA's request for comment on National Instrument 58-101: Disclosure Requirements Regarding Women on Boards and in Senior Management. CIRI recognizes that the Canadian Securities Administration's (CSA) Proposed Amendments are substantially the same as those proposed by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) regarding disclosure requirements for women on boards and in senior management.
