Davies Raises Alarm on Controversial New Securities Legislation

Davies has submitted a comprehensive comment letter on the proposed Provincial Capital Markets Act (PCMA), raising concerns over significant substantive law changes and a "platform approach" that allows for regulation by regulatory fiat.
