The Annual General Meeting of the members of CIRI will be held at 8:00 a.m. (MT) on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Banff, Alberta.

Please note, the CIRI National By-laws allow all members the opportunity to vote.

All members are encouraged to attend the Meeting. Even if you are attending, we encourage all members to vote their proxy as soon as possible. All members are entitled to vote at the Meeting in person, or by proxy. You can return your proxy by:

    SEC Proposed Rule Would Require New "Pay Versus Performance" Table in Proxy Statements

    As public companies navigate the 2015 proxy season, a potential change to executive compensation disclosure is on the horizon. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed new rules to implement the "pay-versus-performance" disclosure requirement under Section 953(a) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The new rules would mandate and standardize companies' "realizable" and "realized" pay disclosures and compare them to total shareholder return (TSR).
