The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and other participating jurisdictions have published Multilateral Instrument 45-108 Crowdfunding, which includes a prospectus exemption for equity crowdfunding and a registration framework for funding portals, in final form (the "45-108 Crowdfunding Regime").
