IR Leader
September 11, 2018
CIRI's IR eLibrary contains sample documents, provided by IROs, that are not publicly available. These include templates, plans, schedules and policies developed by investor relations professionals that CIRI members can use as resources when developing or updating their own documents.

We are expanding our IR eLibrary to include IR documents like annual and quarterly reporting checklists and schedules; social media policies, strategies and schedules; investor day and site tour checklists; IR budgets; and annual report, annual meeting and annual filing checklists. If you have any of these documents, or other useful IR resources that you are willing to share with your CIRI peers, please send them to jmaciel@ciri.org. Documents can be redacted or adjusted as you see fit to make them ready for sharing with other CIRI members.

Documents that are currently available in the IR eLibrary cover topics such as Board Interaction; Crisis Communications; Disclosure; Marketing; and Media Relations. If you have documents to share on any of these topics as well, please send them to jmaciel@ciri.org.
