During CIRI's first virtual AGM on June 8, members elected Nathalie Megann, CPIR, ICD.D as Chair of the CIRI Board of Directors for a two-year term. Ms. Megann is Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at Chorus Aviation Inc. She succeeds Denis Jasmin who will remain on the Board as Past Chair.

CIRI members also elected Greg Blazina, Head of Canada, Business Wire; David S. Frost, Partner, McCarthy Tétrault LLP; and Lisa Greatrix, Senior Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations, Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited.
