Issues Update – Recent Activity from the CSA

There has been significant activity over the past couple of weeks that CIRI updated members on.

The CSA:

• published detailed data on women on Boards and in executive officer positions;
• Indicated that they will be conducting consultations on broader diversity in corporate leadership;
• proposed changes to continuous disclosure requirements; and
• Published the final rule for non-GAAP and other financial measures.

CIRI encourages you to review the new data and rules and voice your views on broader diversity and proposed changes to disclosure requirements – either to CIRI or directly to the regulators.
