IR Leader
August 15, 2023

On April 13, the CSA issued Proposed Amendments to Form 58-101F1 Corporate Governance Disclosure of National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices and Proposed Changes to National Policy 58-201 Corporate Governance Guidelines. Today, CIRI submitted our recommendations to the CSA based, in part, on feedback received from a member survey conducted earlier this summer.

In our submission, CIRI stresses how important Board renewal and diversity is to good corporate governance and that greater disclosure on Directors, provided it does not compromise the company, would be beneficial in achieving greater diversity. To read the full submission, click here.
