From the Editorial Board Chair

Jo Mira Clodman, Chair, CIRI Editorial Board

Think of this message as a virtual fishing line, cast purposefully in your direction through cyberspace. If you take the bait, you’ll move through a bountiful sea of ideas intended to sate your appetite for all kinds of essential IR knowledge. Whether you are hungry for insight into legal or accounting matters, curious about where social media is taking investor relations, looking for the perspective of the investment community or IR colleagues…stay on this course and you’ll find your answers.

Where will they take you? Well, the content of CIRI’s flagship publication has evolved over many years, from a simple ‘Newsline’ to the much more comprehensive publication it is today.

Meanwhile, IR has emerged as a leadership role in organizations that understand its power. CIRI’s goal is to equip each member with the tools to be an IR leader. This approach serves both their interests and the value creation goals of their companies.

Designed and developed by Sutton Compliance Communications, IR leader will offer thought-provoking news and opinions, incorporating an array of features to enhance the reader’s experience. Many thanks to Sutton and to CIRI’s Editorial Board members, past and present, whose collective efforts have made IR leader a reality. We aim to produce a better and smarter publication than ever before; truly a fish of a different colour.

As for me, I’m just trying to reel you in. Hooked yet?
