The BC Chapter held its CIRI Holiday Social on December 6. We experienced record attendance, including 49 potential new members. The event was supported with door prizes donated by Wheaton Precious Metals, TMX, IHS/S&P, BTV, PENDA Productions, VRIFY and more! Topics of conversation included CIRI membership renewal and Q1 events. Overall, it was a very successful event.
CIRI Quebec held its virtual monthly Masterclasses on October 18 and November 30. The topic of the October Masterclass was Establishing a Stress-free System for Your Earnings Presentation and the guest presenter was Harry Shah from Outkreate, a presentation agency for IROs. The November topic was Empowering IROs: Navigating Market Surveillance for Strategic IR and was presented by Okapi Partners. The sessions were well attended and very engaging. A CIRI National Social Event was held on November 21, and it was a great time to network with the local IR community before the busy holiday season.
